个人简介
主要从事智能制造、视觉检测、图像处理、人工智能等研究工作。专注于工业异常发现及垂直领域跨模态大模型研究。在图像处理方面以深度学习模型的准确性和实时性为出发点,提出了一系列面向工业产品图像的深度学习缺陷检测方法,解决了工业场景下缺陷样本短缺、缺陷区域形态各异、纹理背景复杂等影响导致检测难的问题。在视频异常事件检测方面提出了通用性强、鲁棒性好的神经网络模型,解决了异常样本少、场景依赖强、个人隐私屏蔽等问题下导致检测精度低的问题。目前致力于基于多模态数据和大语言模型的异常检测的研究,利用先进的自然语言处理技术、图像处理技术,结合图像、声音、振动等多模态数据信息提高系统对缺陷的全面感知能力,增强其鲁棒性和适应性,从而提升工业生产中缺陷检测的准确性和效率。
共计发表学术论文50余篇(其中SCI检索20余篇),申请专利6项,软著6项。主持国家自然科学基金地区基金2项、贵州省基础研究计划等共计4项,参与省部级科研项目十余项。主持省级教改项目1项、校级实验室项目1项,参与建设国家级本科一流课程1项,主持《现代工程制图学》教材撰写。指导学生参加"高教杯"全国大学生先进成图技术大赛国赛、华为杯第六届中国研究生人工智能创新大赛等国家级大赛,并获一、二、三等奖十余项。
